Oluremi 6th March 2021

Egbon mi, my beloved brother, i was part and parcel of your life from my childhood days, i grew up to see you as a leader, a pillar in the family, you responded to the needs, most times very difficult and tasking needs of every member of the family. You always advise me to play less and work hard to encourage our mum who suffered and laboured to nurture all of us. My brother was a visioner, a goal getter, diligent, humble, kind, intelligent, focused, fun to be with, cool and calm, a man of integrity, a good counsellor, a lover of God. I cannot forget how you used to discipline me for coming home late from the football pitch and Rex Cinema house, you supported my academic program all through my graduation from the University, you played a major role in assisting me actualize my vision of floating an insurance brokerage firm, always asking about my family, very passionate about how i will succeed in the ministry, Right from when you fell ill, whenever old memories flashed through my brain, i prayed fervently in my closet, asking God to please restore your health, i asked you one day when i came to take you to the hospital how you're feeling, you looked at my face and said Remi, it's really bad, i held your hands and we prayed together and thereafter you agreed to follow us to the hospital. We prayed, we fasted, we sowed seeds, but you still called him to be with you, who are we to query you Lord, my consolation is knowing that my brother transited to be with the Lord in a better, peaceful and more glorious place. Live on egbon mi, it is true that flowers die, stories end and memories are forgotten, but you will forever be remembered and loved for who you are. Goodbye my brother until we meet in heaven where we will part no more. For me to live is Christ and to die is gain. Philippians 1:21 Remi, Bisi Olusanya & family.
