In January, 1999, The Redeemed Christian Church of God , Dominion Sanctuary , ACME Road , commissioned a group of Ministers with me as the Parish Pastor, to establish Graceland Parish by the River Valley Estate, Ojodu, Ikeja. Among the ministers that went with me from ACME were Pastors Folu Olusanya, Gbenga Oladiran, John Olaoluwa, 19 workers and their families. > These Ministers were a rare breed in terms of commitment , industry, integrity, loyalty and display of love in all activities. With this excellent spirit in the team members, a lot was done in record time. > Pastor Folu Olusanya demonstrated his passion for the things of God . He gave generously and willingly to Church projects, was a great preacher, always ready for evangelism and ready to help out in any church activities. > On the home front, a role model to young men aspiring for a Christian home. He loved his family and devoted himself to it . > It was from Graceland family he was sent forth to start another parish at Omole phase2 , and thereafter Alausa. A church planter with very high quality! > Our relationship since working together never diminished after separation as we always caught up on ourselves at different times we met. > It was shocking and sad to hear suddenly of his demise! > Pastor Olusanya, you loved God and served him the best way you knew how to and we trust He will count your service to him as righteousness fit for His kingdom. Your call home at this time , though painful to us, is heaven's gain. > May your gentle soul rest in perfect peace! > It's hard to say Goodbye, but we are comforted and assured we will meet on the resurrection day at Jesus feet.
